The Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Armenia “Mimi” Suder, Pete Suder’s wife of 30 years.

Mrs. Suder was 85 years old and died in Aliquippa PA on Monday, August 14, 2006. She had been in poor health for some time. In addition to Pete Suder, she is survived by several children, step-children and grandchildren.

Pete turned 90 this past April and was completely devoted to Mrs. Suder during her years of declining health. The A’s Society sends deepest condolences to Pete Suder.
