Pottstown School District renamed the high school field BOBBY SHANTZ FIELD and a group of local Shantz fans & politicians raised funds to renovate the field and the school installed this showcase near the gym. Collectors donated all sorts of Bobby Shantz/Dave Rickerts memorabilia to honor two local boys who made good in the Major Leagues.
