A’s Society Assists Warminster, PA Leary Elementary School Project
In its continuing effort to promote its educational program, the A’s Society assisted the Alta S. Leary Elementary School of Warminster, PA during their annual “HATOBERFEST”, Mrs Laurie D.Schenfelt, Art Educator, worked with the A’s Society’s Special Project committee person ,Mike Fesnak to join in with 14 members of the Leary Art Club in “dressing” up the windows of the local post office.
The specifics of the school’s interest are shown in the following letter received from Mrs.Schenfelt. We here at the Society are equally proud of the hand drawn cards from each of the participants thanking the Society for its involvement and the “free ” pack of baseball cards awarded to the students. We look forward to future educational projects of this nature.
