Letter From Our Winners

Dear John:

On the behalf of Tina and myself, we thank the A's Historical Society and the folks at LeMans Suites for making our spring-training experience so memorable this year. Winning the raffle for the free week's stay and the free box seats was great, but the way we were treated by you and the people at LeMans was what made it a really fantastic experience!

We had a super week - enjoying 9 games, a full day at Epcot, and a day at Clearwater Beach. We got a few autographs, chatted with Harry Kalas and Ernie Harwell (two Hall of Fame announcers), and basked in the glorious Florida sunshine!

Everyone at the LeMans Suites was super! The suite was first-rate and was in a beautiful setting. Carlton Hodges and his staff were always helpful. We would highly recommend the LeMans Suites to anyone planning to stay in the central Florida region.

Our free box seats (included in our winnings) were in the first row, directly behind the Tigers dugout - the best seats in the house! And, of course, the Florida weather remained perfect the entire week.

Finally, the reception and first-rate treatment you gave us will never be forgotten. You and everyone at LeMans went out of your way to make our week one that we will never forget.

We hope that the next raffle will be a great success. We can only encourage everyone to participate and take a chance at a great week. The winner will have a super experience!
