All Time Philadelphia Athletics All-Star Team 1901-1954 As Selected by the Members of the Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society October 22, 2000 On Friday, December 13, 2002 the A's Society honored All-Time Philadelphia Athletics Team during ceromonies held at the Society's Museum in Hatboro, PA.

Society VP Max Silberman, Former A's Catcher Joe Astroth, Society President David Jordan and Bobby Shantz, former A's, Yankees among others. Bobby was the American Leagues 1952 MVP. Joe was Bobby's favorite catcher.
