Join the Kansas City A’s player alumni in a “meet
and greet” cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner
with the players. Players and guests will be seated together to
allow you to dine with A’s alumni. Speakers after dinner will
include A’s legends Ned Garver, Jerry
Lumpe, Lew Krausse and Bill Bryan. Hear wonderful stories
and anecdotes about the Kansas City A’s years. Introductions
of all players will be included. Take this opportunity for a close-up,
intimate evening with members of the first ever Major League Baseball
team in Kansas City. There will also be a special “Silent
Auction” of numerous Kansas City baseball items donated by
the players and the KCBHS.
