When this book was released in 2002 it included a special run of only 100 that included a page that was NOT included in the regular run. That page is shown here & indicates this is book number #6 and signed by Don Gutteridge. This popular book that shares with you memories of Mr. Gutteridges' glorious career has been out of print since it was released. This issue represents the first time one of these scarce issues has come available. Only one copy & will be shipped free.
