That's Bobby Shantz who made a surprise
visit to the Museum as he relives that infamous day in September
1964 when the Milwaukee Braves Rico Carty hit a bases loaded
triple in a crucial game that sealed the Phillies pennant
hopes. They had a great laugh today but as Campbell said "it
wasn't fun that day I called the play". Sam Carchidi
the co-author also enjoyed Bobby's "story".
