The 2004 Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society’s Annual Reunion Breakfast honored the 1954 Philadelphia Athletics team, the last of Connie Mack’s revered franchise. The event to be held on Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the Williamson’s Restaurant in Horsham, Pa is sold out as 450 faithful fans of this dynasty gather to share time with heroes from their youth. Sixteen former members of that 1954 team are scheduled to be in attendance. To commemorate this historic occasion, the Society has reproduced a limited number of the Philadelphia Athletics 1954 yearbook (see photo) the last yearbook issued by this fabled franchise. The Athletics only issued 6 year books for the years 1949-1954. They contain photographs, statistic, complete rosters and much more. In today’s increasing market for sports memorabilia originals of these collectibles can cost hundreds of dollars.

Filled with preseason spring training photos, and other interesting facts, this 8 ½ by 11 laser color copy magazine is a must for the avid baseball fan.

As an added bonus, each copy will receive a replica keepsake of the famous early 1950's artist drawing featuring the likeness of Connie Mack and a young catcher as it appeared on the obverse side of the Athletics 1954 home game schedule (see photos of schedule).
